Butternut Farm Apartments

Spread over four open acres and set against the scenic backdrop of the Holyoke Range, Butternut Farm is nestled in a tranquil, quiet setting with easy access to public transportation and the towns of Amherst, Northampton and South Hadley. Way Finders worked with Studio One Architects to incorporate the New England countryside setting into three new farmhouse-style apartment buildings, along with a reconstructed farmhouse that was originally on the property.

Butternut Farm is a mixed-income development featuring 27 apartments. Many units offer decks or patios as well as laundry facilities, storage areas, play areas, and parking spaces. There are three accessible units for people with disabilities. Tenants are invited to use the shared community room for meetings and other gatherings. The Way Finders management office is located onsite in the community building, and offers 24-hour emergency maintenance.
